When we asked him how he got into cycling, he replied, "I started as a BMX "bandit" with other kids from the block back in early 90s in Budapest, Hungary. During the high school my enthusiastic principal organized bike camps with off-road sections, I was completely hooked in riding on rough terrain in the middle of the forest. I joined to a club and my first cross country race surprisingly went well, on a cold rainy winter day in 1999."
His most notable cycling achievement? "I was on the podium, as bronze medalist, in the Hungarian National Campion in 2000. Due to school, work and family, cycling became only a strong hobby for more than 15 years. I started to properly train again in late 2010s and got the bronze medal in Hungarian National Campion in 2020 as Master."
He adds, " I love hiking and camping with my family and with friends. I am ready for any ping-pong challenge."
"I am an accountant at a health tech company and a passionate sci-fi book and movie consumer."
"Mountain biking is a perfect mindfulness activity for me. Road biking is excellent socializing opportunity. The LGBRC community is proved to be a great partner for both!!"
